NCA Coaching and Mentoring Program underway

In May, we officially launched our region‑wide NCA Coaching and Mentoring Program, building on the success of Banyule’s award-winning program and expanding it across our region.

The launch brought together more than 100 mentors and mentees from all 7 Councils, representing a diverse range of roles, service areas and experience levels.

The program is designed to strengthen coaching and mentoring capability, support professional growth at all levels, foster cross‑Council connections and networks, and promote regional training opportunities.

It demonstrates the strength of regional collaboration, with our Councils coming together as the first region to deliver this program and invest collectively in our people.

Coaches/mentors and their coachees/mentees have begun to meet, as well as coming together as a collective to learn and support each other.

We look forward to seeing the program’s impact as it continues to strengthen capability, connection and leadership across the region.
